Why Prime Survivors
We are a Ghanaian company with an international compliance posture. The people who know Tema are the same people accountable for your shipment anywhere it lands.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified by AFNOR, with documentation retained for every entry and exit.
Forwarding, brokerage and haulage sit in one company, so a delay has one owner instead of three.
Declarations are prepared from the bill of lading, not from the queue at the counter. Most entries clear the day they land.
Our standard
It is the standard behind every file: the people we hire, the processes we design and the partners we choose to work with.
Operations, documentation and client service work as one team, with a named owner for every file.
Clear communication, practical timelines and fewer hand-offs, designed around speed, convenience and transparency.
We earn repeat business and referrals by becoming the long-term logistics partner, not a one-off vendor.
Professional excellence, ethical leadership and responsible action, in Tema and in every market we touch.
We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours, and urgent shipment issues go straight to the operations desk.
A PSIL contact owns your file from booking to proof of delivery, so you are not passed between departments.
We use client feedback and complaints to improve how we work, not just to close a ticket.
Tema, Ghana: accountable at every stage, with an international partner network.
See how we workHow it works
A clear sequence, a named owner at each stage, and one reference that follows the cargo all the way to proof of delivery.
01
Send the commercial invoice and packing list. We confirm the HS code, the duty exposure and the earliest realistic sailing or arrival date.
02
We file with GRA Customs, attend inspections and, where volume allows, consolidate your cargo with compatible shipments to bring the rate down.
03
Trucks are booked against the release, tracked to the door, and proof of delivery is returned to you the same day.
